John G. Polansky, 86, of Hot Springs Village died on Sunday, May 04, 2014 while at home. John was born November 12, 1927 in Cicero, IL to the late John and Mary Polansky.
He was a veteran of WWII and retired from the Prudential Insurance Company. John was a member of the Men’s 9 Hole Golf Association and the Village Pool League.
John is preceded in death by one half brother: Jerry and three half sisters: Rose, Georgianna and Emily. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-six years Evelyn; two daughters: Susan Katzke and husband Larry of Cypress, CA; and Janet Valluzzi and husband Thomas of Alexandria, VA; and two grandchildren: Karl Katzke and fiancé Rebecca of Austin, TX; and Lisa Yurkewych and husband Andrew, of Concord, CA.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday May 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM at CedarVale Funeral Home Chapel.
